She is certified to administer and interpret several career and leadership assessments (Hogan HPI, HDS, MVPI and Hogan360, MBTI, CareerLeader, SDS), and she is skilled at helping people identify, promote, and leverage their unique talents and skills while navigating workplace and professional development challenges. Her special interests include helping introverted leaders leverage and promote their quiet strengths.
